A question about parking, again

Has anyone used the "open air" parking lot on Roosevelt Ave. and 78th?  I am considering parking my car there and would love to know what experiences people have had with it.  Thank you!

Yes, on an ad hoc basis. Nor sure I have an opinion per se, other than to mention that it's the same price as the covered parking garage on 82nd, and so I'd prefer to use the latter in this cold.
