Parade on Sunday?

Does anyone know what might be going on on /near 75th St. and 35th Ave. on Sunday? There are no parking signs and police barricades ready to be set up.

It's for a Sikh festival called Vaisakhi Mela, which is always fun. It marks the birth of Sikh nation and is probably the religion/culture's most important event. There are posters and handbills up all over this part of the neighborhood touting the performers and events.....hope it doesn't rain!
