All I know is - you never see trash flying all over Park Avenue or Fifth Avenue like we see every weekend in our streets, do you?  There is money there, it just needs to be reallocated to where there is the most need and where people most make their voices heard.

We could solve the City's budget crisis in a few weekends by enforcing honking laws on 73rd St.  And if they started ticketing people for not cleaning up after their dogs, just think of the cash!

Holy Cow!!! - Dog s#*t PLUS honking fines - we'd be the wealthiest city on the planet!  Every kid in the city could have free health care and an all-expense-paid college education.

The garbage collection for my home is fine, they come at least 2 times a week and often more.  It is garbage collection along commercial streets 37th Avenue, Roosevelt Avenue, Northern Blvd. that is terrible.  Sanitation used to pick up 2 times a day and now it is 2 time a week!  I would be happy to have my household trash picked up less, if they would just pick up the trash daily on the commercial routes.

Please it looks sooo trash along 37th Avenue I am ashamed!
