looking to buy 2-bdr

Hi, everyone.  We're currently in the market for a 2 bedroom apartment in the PS 69 school district.  Considering the lack of green space in the neighborhood, we're primarily interested in a building with a garden.  Thanks in advance for any leads!

There are two of the smaller line 2 bedrooms and 1 of the large 2 bedroom, 2 bath line for sale in the Griswold (86-10 34th Ave.), I think all have been listed on this site, maybe do a key word search of this sub forum?
