The interview is awesome.  I've been a quiet fan for awhile now.  I'm glad you're getting the recognition you deserve for opening up people's eyes to the delicious yummies around here.

Thanks so much. About 2 months ago, I emailed half of the embassies here to see if they wanted to host an ambassador dinner. Struck out on all accounts... After this taco crawl, I'm going hard on that endeavor. I think I will have better luck courting cultural / religious organizations. If you have anyone that would like to lead a dinner, let me know!
