Auction for 1br apartment at 86-10 34th Avenue

For anyone looking for a new home, there is an auction on March 13th for apt. 512 at 86-10 34th Avenue. I think this is in the Griswold which, in my opinion, has one of the more original and beautiful gardens in the neighborhood.

from what I understand, prices for the auctions usually sell for about 15% more than the upset price. fwiw
