Pet day care
« on: November 23, 2009, 07:51:31 PM »
Am moving to JH in mid-December and hope to be working part-time soon after.  I'm bringing my dog, Spencer, with me.  He is a country dog and I have no idea how he will react to living in NYC.  I fear for his mental health!  I don't want to leave him alone in the apartment when (if) I am working and would be interested in finding a place for him to hang out, preferably with other dogs (he is very social) when I am not there.  I understand that there are places in Long Island City/Astoria,but something in JH would be so much better.

Just wanted to check-in to see if you found a place for your puppy. I work at Camp Bow Wow in Long Island City and I love this place. I truly believe that we are the best dog daycare provider in the area. http://www.campbowwow.com/us/ny/longislandcity-nyc/Home/tabid/3860/Default.aspx
First thing you will want to do is take a look at the website, then take a look at our webcams to see some live footage our our "campers" having fun out in the play yards. You can then see what it takes to bring your dog in for a FREE interview day. Your dog will most likely love it here and can come for daycare, boarding, grooming or anything else.
Let me know if you have any other questions, such as a referral to a vet in the area, or otherwise.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
