male, unneutered, very friendly about 1 year.  We are going to get him neutered.  Does anyone know who he might belong to, or want to adopt him?

I see so many young, unneutered cats roaming the neighborhood lately!   It's really very sad as these are not feral cats but former pets that somebody tired of.  At this time of year, all the shelters are  more overloaded than ever too.
