Before the closure, the heat had been broken at Thai Son for a while. They had space heaters which worked pretty well, but they may have been a fire hazard. While they were closed they fixed the heat so I'm guessing that was the violation.
I'm just they're back so I can get my fix of Pho and Bun! :)

the department of health website, which lists every restaurant that has been inspected, whether they passed or failed, says this about Thai Son

1.) Food contact surface not properly maintained.
2.) Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to vermin exist.
3.) Evidence of mice or live mice present in facility's food and/or non-food areas.
4.) Hot food not held at or above 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
