Marlene,

You know, I have to tell you...I had my doubts about you.  I will say what I think about you.  I envy your portfolio and if you were to be open to a real collaboration I would have me and my crew sell your units in 60 days or less.  We can sell and maximize but we are not used to making appointments with sellers to see apartments.  That's just not what I do.  I do have new people being trained and I have a young lady, who is very hungry (not unlike yourself) that will devoured those units even if she had to call to make appointments. I trained her to walk and talk and to be honest to a fault when it came to properties in the market.  That's why we don't have more than 3 to 6 buildings at a time (we may have up to 15 apartments for sale at a time)  If you have no problem with us making offers on your units with our own split I will be on your listing like white on rice darling.  I just can't see our people working on a 2% or even 3% commission...there's just no incentive when we are getting 4% on co-broke and up to 7% on list & sell units (exclusives)

Once I set an office in Jackson Hts up I am stealing you from them C21 people...Good luck sweetie.
