Going through this guy's videos on Youtube.

And what comes across... is that New Yorkers have GREAT and COOL and ECLECTIC and SOPHISTICATED taste in music...not at all regular well-known commercial stuff...

Impressed.

Tho I wonder if it's because the dude asking the questions is himself, very knowledgeable about the current music scene. So he's edited mostly excellent taste songs together...

as the board draws to a close, we finally agree on something. Whole-heartedly. One of my favorites so far this year. some of those great, off-the-wall Neil solos, great songs, and Nils Lofgren fits in perfectly.

This is so cool! Some good artists I didn't know about.
And yeah, had he stopped me I probably wouldn't have made the cut, because chances are I would've been listening to Hall & Oates.

ii'm sorry i missed this. i kinda like the Sean one.

they do have a big age difference, but then again, Mick Jagger has a kid who's 50 and another who's 4 or 5 years old.
