Enjoyed it and thanks for sharing.

If there were 11th and 12th items, I would have added:

1. Alfred Hitchcock based (and maybe filmed in part) one of his movies in Jackson Heights. The Wrong Man, based on a true story of what happened to JH resident Manny Balestrero. Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wrong_Man

2. Where Petco now sits (about 32 Ave and 76th St), there used to be an events centre or something which was regularly used in Seinfeld when passing between scenes.
