Liquor Licenses Suspended
« on: July 28, 2020, 03:02:51 PM »
Hello All
I was picking up my laundry the other day from Aquarelo ( which I love and recommend!) around 7 PM. I could not believe the amount of people on the sidewalk outside the cafe a few doors down on Northern Blv. and 82nd.
A crowd of people close together and no masks. Partying and drinking. I just read their liquor license has been suspended. Good!
This neighborhood was so hard hit by the virus, and I don't understand why people are being so reckless. It seems to be happening every where in NYC. I also don't get curbside bars. We order a drink then take it home? Make your own drinks!
I get that bars and cafes need biz- and people are wanting this to be over- but we need to careful. I don't wat to go back to hearing sirens 27/7 !!
