What are you asking for exactly? Are you looking for a door manufacturer? If so, big stores like Lowes and Home Depot have selections including for custom doors. If you're looking for something more historic in look, places like Build it Green and other salvage yards might be a good place to look. There are also places that manufacture new doors in historic styles.

Or are you looking for an installer? Are you only replacing the door or the frame as well? If the former, you can just hang it by the hinges. If the latter, you'd probably need a contractor who can redo the plastering/painting etc.
