While I am working with all conventional methods to help a client of mine, I thought I'd put this out there in case there is someone on the forum that has an apartment for rent in Jackson Heights.
We are working with a client who has good credit, good liquid assets, but is unable to produce documents to verify income. We may consider going the insurance route, but for now sticking to more conventional methods. Lack of income documentation makes is tricky with certain buildings and boards, but we are committed to finding him a home, because everyone should have one
