Police received a call just before 7:30 p.m. on June 12 regarding an assault in front of 82-15 Northern Boulevard. Upon arriving at the scene, officers from the 115th Precinct found 21-year-old Nicolas Caicedo-Velasquez, of 77th Street, with multiple stab wounds to his chest.

7:30 is  full daylight if one was  walking there when it happened it would have been a scary scene.  Usually these things happen under the cover of darkness and many times very late at night.  The calls to abolish the police seem absolutely crazy to me.

If you bothered to look into exactly what that means (I know it's probably hard for you), you would understand that isn't what would happen here.
