Looking for Electrician/Handyman referral

Hi All. I am installing a new ceiling light fixture but cannot figure out how to fit the new crossbar into the existing opening in the ceiling. Does anyone have an electrician/good handyman that you would refer for this kind of small job? Thanks!

I have used Antonio Electrical Contracting Corp to install two ceiling fans.  It was 7 or 8 years ago, but I think they're still around.  The number I have is 718-429-2860.  A father and son team back then with dad leading the way.  Can't remember what I paid, but I'm thinking it was in the $200+ range for one.
