Looking for a shared nanny

Hello JH community!
     We are expecting the arrival of our second child on February and I will like to get a head start of searching for a care giver. We have a 3 year old, who is currently enrolled full time in daycare. The position would be part time and would start late April or beginning of May.

If anyone is interested or have any recommendations, we would really appreciate it!
