Spectrum outage

everything went down around 11:30 or so this morning. went into the office and called a bit ago, and recorded info says that it's a damaged cable, no ETA on a fix. anyone else experiencing?

My tuning adapters are out at 73rd street. Spectrum said there were no problems in the 'hood and made an appointment for tomorrow.
