Selling Friedrich WS16C30 15600 BTU WallMaster Series Thru The Wall AC

5 years old, commercial-grade unit, bought new directly from Friedrich dealer for $950 (the current 2019 model sells at the moment for $1099 and up, see link below)

Condition: Excellent.  Other than a few rust spots in the drain pan, it's in great condition and cools very well.   

Rated at 15,600 BTU which is enough to cool 900 sq ft space (we are actually using it in our top floor 1000 sq ft apartment and it cools it pretty well)
