I liked La Gloria for their modern twist on some of my favorite Cuban classics, so I'm sad to see it go. My understanding is that the new restaurant, Vida, will still be showcasing live salsa music on Saturdays performed by Tres del Solar. This is a pretty cool band with a repertoire that includes salsa classics like Ruben Blades', Pedro Navaja. Pair some good live music with roast pork, and I'm all over that!  ;D
