I know someone that lived in the Wilshire for many years.  It is a very well maintained post-war building with parking in the basement.  It is also stroller/wheel chair friendly.  I would live there.

I've always loved the look of those buildings — those oval windows at the entrance are lovely.

I love this. A person with a reasonable budget finding an affordable place to live.
