Looking for an empty 1br apt for film shoot in May. There is some pay.

Hello: I am producing a low budget indie feature film this May. One of the settings of the film is a one bedroom apartment in JH/Elmhurst/Corona. It would be used for a total of 3 days. We have a small crew and have a COI (fully insured, even though I doubt anything will happen as this is DEFINITELY not an action movie : )

We have a bit of money set aside for locations and are currently trying to find the perfect place. Feel free to email me with ideas. I am a resident of the area so I am well acquainted with buildings and such. Thanks so much! (armandoriesco@hotmail.com)
