Beautiful! I'm surprised the price isn't higher. Unless it's because Greystones doesn't have elevators (I might be imagining that)?

I was surprised one of the articles mentioned that being on the first floor was a negative. I would imagine in walk-up buildings, first floor apartments with a nice view of the garden are highly coveted!
