Looking for Painter Recommendations

Hi all,

We recently moved into the Belvedere E/W and are looking for professional painters. I've done a little painting on my own where it was easier, but would like a more experienced hand to take care of the living room where we'll have to see any of my errors much more frequently.

It would be great if anyone in the buildings has already used someone they can recommend.

I used him when I bought my coop a few years ago.  The work was done on time and at a reasonable price.
