The man who was struck on Northern and 85th a few weeks ago has died of the injuries.
This is another hit and run incident on a street and in a neighborhood that has suffered reckless driving devastation far too often.

His death is at least the third in as many years caused by a driver who fled the scene and left him to die.

Think about that, as you are cut off in a cross-walk, railed by a speeding driver, clipped by a turning driver, or even threatened on the SIDEWALK by a U-Turning driver.

There's a very likely probability that if you're injured or killed, the driver will flee the scene and never be caught, like those who killed Luis Bravo and Olvidio Jaramillo here in JH.

Please, make the calls that could help get more enforcement.
Always make a 311 or a 911 complaint when you witness reckless driving of any sort.

it is terrible that people don't stop when they hit somebody.  Maybe these people are either drunk or don't have a license or insurance or are in the country illegally but how can you not stop to help when you hit someone.
