Abandoned cats

FYI  Over 40 cats are in the process of being rescued from an abandoned house in Ridgewood Queens.  The owner sold the house and left the cats.  The contractor was in the process of demolishing the house when the cats were found.  They are called the Onderdonk cats and some of them are with A Tail of Two Kitties rescue, others are at Animal Care and Control.  If anyone can foster or adopt, please contact either organization.  A Tail of Two Kitties has a facebook page.  There is a story in the NY Times about this also.
