There is 100 moving companies you can find on Google or Craiglist. I believe if you looking for man with a van then craigslist is the best source, but to finf licensed and reliable movers I recommend Google or Yahoo. I recently used www.cargotaxiusa.com. They charge $84 for 3 men and truck and provide free furniture wrapping. Also you can post your estimate request on www.Estimatetoday.com and get 5 moving quotes from different movers in your area absolutely free.

Need recommendations for inexpensive but reliable movers

Can anybody recommend a cheap but reliable moving service/people...even "man with van" type thing if they've done good work for you. The move is within Queens, so not a big trip. Thanks!

When we moved into our Co-op last year and we hired Liberty Moving & Storage Co.
Tel# 631-234-3000 (www.libertymoving.com). We found the sales department and movers to be very professional and they moved us in without any damages our furniture or co-op building.
