ArtHotel Residency for Queens artists

This is a 3-month art residency in Queens. It requires that the artist interact with the public (it sounds like the public can view the studio at any time) so it would only fit a certain kind of artist who wants to deal with that. On a positive note, there's no rent to pay, and there's a $3000 stipend.
