 Can't wait to see the art installations. They look amazing and the choices are first rate
and each one is different. No theme park look here! Thanks to all involved including Public Art Fund for guiding these ideas away from totally commercial points of view.

I believe the emptiness is what allowed them to speed up production/construction.

One positive side-effect of COVID is that flights have decreased so much out/in of LGA...that this summer has pretty much airplane noise free.

true, and chances are, it'll take two or three years before there's any substantial recovery. so let's enjoy while we can.
