Just Made for U

Several days ago I order from "Just Made for YOU".  I was told it would arrive within 30 to 40 minutes. Long story short, after an hour and fifteen minutes it still hadn't arrived so I called to cancel.  They are notoriously tardy but I thought this was over the top.  Last night I went there and picked up dinner.  When I arrived home and started to eat I realized my salad was void of any dressing. I usually would have nothing but good things to say about this place but after these two negative experiences I wondered if anyone has had difficulties with them.

They always deliver promptly to us. We've really had no negative experiences with them except for maybe an occasional mistake like sending rice instead of potatoes--but no more than any other delivery place. We've found them consistently good.

Yelp will probably be a better place to see people's recent experiences with a particular restaurant.
