Back  in December I put up a post about this spot when it was set to open as a new Pollos A La Brasa.   Well, it looks like that business has failed (Have we finally achieved Pollos saturation?) and now it's slated to open as Mama Empanada.   Apparently, this restaurant is in no way related to mamas empanadas.   Hmmm, the similarity in name reminds me of something....

Speaking of has anyone else noticed that mama's empanadas doesn't seem to be open 24/7 Friday and Saturday nights anymore? Does anyone know if this has only been for the past few weekends or is a permanent change?
