Jackson Heights Life

Hi, my husband and I are relocating from Manhattan sometime between November and January.  If anyone knows of a 2-bedroom rental (affordable is key, charming is a plus) coming open in the PS 212 cachement (81st-87th, 35th-Northern, plus a couple other random blocks), I'd love to hear about it.  We have a (lovely!) 3 year old.  We'd prefer not to go through a broker if we don't have to.
