curious why you're looking for an alcove studio as opposed to a one bedroom? I know there will be two one bedrooms available in my building soon which is why I'm asking.

hi buddy,
after looking around, i think that studios are more within my budget. i'd like to have some cash left over to do a kitchen and bath redo to my liking.
