Chinese bakery help via serious eats

Hey, this is a useful rundown of chinese bakery stuff from Serious Eats

I believe we have three in our area, Rainbow, then there's First Taste a block down, and we also have the place on 82nd Street.

Do you notice any differences between them?

I do like Rainbow, it's pretty reliable for me. First Taste seems a bit stale sometimes but I remember they had one thing superior though I completely forgot what it was.... maybe it was a pork bun or something.
The new place on 82nd St is pretty decent, though I haven't explored it much.

Add that to Kung Fu tea and Brother's tea and we are doing pretty good!
