What's happening on 37th avenue and 80th st near the bubble tea place

Store closed on south side of 37th ave. Any idea what's going there?

What store closed on 37th Ave?  Lots of stores have closed on 37th Ave.

That way competition leads to slashing prices. Win for everyone that shops there.

Unsustainable profit margins leads to closing of dollar stores. Win for everyone that doesn't shop there.
