Hi everyone,  I'm new to the forum here but have been in Jackson Heights for nearly my entire 31 years of life.  The spare bedroom in my apartment will be available on 7/1.  I have a 30 lb lab mix and am an elementary yoga teacher.  There is 1.5 bathrooms and it is on the 6th floor. I am near P.S. 149 and am looking for someone (or a couple is fine!) who loves dogs and is okay with all eco-friendly cleaning products and composting :)
