Hi all! I am wondering if anyone has really strong recommendations for a local realtor.  I am moving to Nevada and would appreciate any leads (especially if they were strong communicators while you were in a transition or not in the area!)

Hi everyone,  I'm new to the forum here but have been in Jackson Heights for nearly my entire 31 years of life.  The spare bedroom in my apartment will be available on 7/1.  I have a 30 lb lab mix and am an elementary yoga teacher.  There is 1.5 bathrooms and it is on the 6th floor. I am near P.S. 149 and am looking for someone (or a couple is fine!) who loves dogs and is okay with all eco-friendly cleaning products and composting :)
